30 for Freedom is a movement that exists to end sex trafficking in our lifetime. We run to raise awareness about sex trafficking and funds to fight it. Our goal is to engage as many people as possible in the fight against sex trafficking. Over the last four years, our movement has raised over $630,000 for sex trafficking prevention, rescue operations, and holistic survivor care. As a volunteer-led movement, we are able to give 100% of every donation directly to the cause.

People of all ages and stages are invited to run, walk, rollerblade, bike for freedom. The Twin Cities Chapter features a 5k, 10k, half marathon, and full 30 mile ultra marathon.
