Event Details:

Distances: 5 Mile and 10 Mile

Recommended Run locations- Harmon Park Reserve (1642 Upper 55th St. E.) for a challenging and longer trail, Rich Valley Athletic Complex (1841 105h St. E.) and Lions Park (2423 65th St. E.) for a more simple paved run.

Shirts: All participants registered before September 9th will receive a long-sleeve tech race t-shirt. Shirts not guaranteed to those registering after this date. Swag will be available for pick up at the Veterans Memorial Community Center Center (8055 Barbara Ave, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077)

Results: Results open starting Monday Sept. 14th and close at midnight on September 20th
