Event Switched to Virtual!
Join us for our VIRTUAL 5th Annual Running HOME for Jacob Run/Walk event. HOME stands for Hope for Our Missing and Exploited, and encompasses the belief that every day we do our work, we get a little bit closer to building a world that is worthy of its children.
This year, in honor of 30 years of service to the children, families, and communities of Minnesota and beyond, our goal is to raise $60,000 to support our efforts to end child maltreatment through prevention education and advocacy.
Running HOME for Jacob is going VIRTUAL! Instead of just one day, participants will have the opportunity to run or walk between 10/11/2020- 10/22/2020. The start and end dates of this run/walk are very significant to JWRC. October 11th represents the 11 positive traits that we try to live out in honor of Jacob, and Oct 22nd was the day he was taken from us in 1989. Join us in coming together while staying apart to support the mission of JWRC, a program of Zero Abuse Project.
Thank you for believing, as we do, that everyone has a role to play in keeping kids safe. Together, we can build a world where every child is free from abuse.
