The Sam Oden Memorial Triathlon is a unique Team or Individual Triathlon. Swim or Kayak, Bike & Run
You have the option to do the 3 events alone or add team members to complete the event! KAYAKS are available! All proceeds go to youth camps in McGregor, MN.

Swim-Bike-Run Relay Triathlon: .15 mile swim, 6 mile bike, 2 mile run
Kayak-Bike-Run Relay Triathlon: .5 mile kayak, 6 mile bike, 2 mile run
Kids Fun Run - .5 mile

The team captain will sign up and create the team. Each member will then need to sign up separately and join the team with the team name created by the captain. Only the captain will be charged. Teams limited to 3 participants each, one for each leg.
Kids Fun Run (Ages 8 & Under) -

PACKET PICKUP
Early packet pickup will be available @ Big Sandy Lodge and Resort Friday, July 24th 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
You can also pick up your packet on the day of the event from 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM.
Please make sure you are checked in by 8:30 AM on the day of the event!
WAVE ASSIGNMENTS
Waves assignments will be announced the Friday morning before the event. Swimmers go first!
KIDS RACES
Kids' races will begin when the final finisher of the triathlon is in. Around 11:00 AM.
Sign up will be available throughout the morning.
VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT - THURSDAY
Get a team together and join us at the lodge for a volleyball tournament on Thursday, July 23rd @ 5:00pm!
$50 per team | 6-8 Players needed. Only the team captain needs to sign up for the team.
