Finish The Run was established in 2016 in honor of David Forster, an elite runner who passed away on June 24 that year. David was out for a training run when he suddenly collapsed from a heart virus just 6 blocks from his house in NE Minneapolis. This event gathers community to build awareness for how we can each “Finish The Run” - to live with intention for ourselves or for someone else, every day of our lives.
