The 16th Annual Run, Walk & Roll is a 5K, 10K, and 1 mile walk/wheelchair roll event. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome. There will be chip timing for all 10K and 5K participants and awards given to top participants in each age group.

Following the race, there will be free snow cones, bananas, granola bars, chocolate milk and water. All funds raised are used to provide residential, therapeutic and vocational services for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, or autism spectrum disorder served at at Village Northwest Unlimited.

*There is currently construction on our normal routes. It is scheduled to be done in time for our event, but we are waiting to see if any route changes are necessary.

• Custom Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age group in the 5K and 10K races.

• We give awards out to the overall finisher in the men’s and women’s 5K and 10K as well.
