Welcome to the 16th Annual Le Mars Sprint Triathlon! We offer a 300 yard snake swim in our Outdoor Pool, 15 mile bike ride on rural routes, and a 5k run through residential Le Mars. Compete as an individual or 2-3 person relay team. Event registration includes chip timing, event t-shirt, and post-race refreshments/meal. Must be at least 15 years old to participate.

START TIMES

The first swimmer will start in the water at 9:00am. Each additional swimmer will enter the water approximately every 20 seconds. The bike starts immediately after finishing the swim and the run starts immediately after finishing the bike.

EVENT SCHEDULE

6:30-8:20 am: Packet pick-up will be only offered race day morning at the Outdoor Pool .

8:45 am: Participant meeting on pool deck

9:00 am: First Swimmer starts in the water.

10:30-approximately noon: Snacks/meal available.

Awards are available after the last person crosses the finish line.

Individual Fees:
May 2 - July 13 = $40.00
July 14 - August 22 = $45.00
August 23 - September 9 @ 5:00 pm = $55.00
No registrations taken after 5:00 pm on Friday, September 9.

Team Fees:
May 2 - July 13 = $60.00 per team
July 14 - August 22 = $70.00 per team
August 23 - September 9 @ 5:00pm = $90.00 per team
No registrations will be taken after 5:00pm on Friday, September 9.
