Experience one of the Midwest's most scenic race courses. Swim beneath the Sugar Loaf peak in Lake Winona, then head out for some country cycling, finishing with a flat, fast run along beautiful Lake Winona. Ending at the historic Lake Park bandshell. New for 2022 is a run - bike - run Duathlon that will follow our Sprint run and bike courses.

Trinona's Youth Triathlon is a swim/bike/run triathlon for ages 6-15 (age on Dec. 31 2022). Each triathlete will swim in the Winona Family YMCA pool, bike and run along the beautiful Lake Winona paved path. Finishing at the YMCA. It's a perfect introduction to the world of triathlon.
