Consistency is key. Wild Timed Fun is a 7k run race series designed to test the efficacy of your performance and training through the year. It is 1 race scheduled 3 times per year. Participate in just one race for fun, or participate in all 3 races, compete against yourself, and aim to progressively improve along the way.
