The From the Heart Run/Walk started 15 years ago to help support local families affected by cancer.

This year, "From the Heart & Soul" will support a new focus- the awareness of mental health and wellness, mind, body and spirit. All proceeds will benefit the health and well-being of residents mentally, emotionally and physically. SOUL steering committee will determine fund usage.

Run distances include a Fun Run 5K.

SCHEDULE:
8:30 am - Race Day Registration Opens
9:45 am - Kids Fun Run Starts
10:00 am - Fun Run 5K Starts
11:15 am - Door Prizes and Drawings

PRE-PACKET PICK UP:
Avoid the lines on race day and pick up your race bib and swag!
*You can also pick up for family and friends that ar enot able to attend the pre-packet pick up.
