3rd Annual GF 10

Friday, August 26th and Saturday, August 27th, 2023

The Grand Forks Running team welcomes you to our 3rd annual GF10 race weekend!

Friday, August 26th 6:00pm – Beach Party 5K

Saturday, August 27th 7:00am – 10K and 10Mile

The 5K course starts and ends on the Grand Forks side and the greenway along the Red River.

The 10K and 10M races start on the Sorlie Bridge in downtown Grand Forks. Runners run through downtown Grand Forks, along University Ave, through the University of ND campus then back along the East Grand Forks and Grand Forks greenways. Both races end at the flood obelisk adjacent to the Town Square.

Join us for the races and stick around downtown for the fun, music, and special extras!

Profits will be donated to the wonderful charities we have supported for the last 10+ years.
