2023 MN Senior Games - St. Cloud

The Minnesota Senior Games exists today as a non-profit organization dedicated to motivating active adults to lead a healthy lifestyle through the senior games movement.

The Games, a 20 plus sport, annual competition for men and women 50 and over, is a statewide competition but also brings in athletes from all over the country. Visit Greater St. Cloud is proud to announce we are hosting the 2023 Minnesota Senior Games August 3-6, 2023!

NSG: Running Rules & Regulations
ENTRY REGULATIONS
1. Athletes qualified in either the 5K or the 10K road race may compete in both events.
2. Individuals who want to qualify in the 5K and 10K Road Race must run the events separately. You cannot use your 5K split time from a 10K race to qualify for the 5K.

Pick up your participant shirt, visitor information, maps and registration packet.
*Race bibs will be handed out at event locations.
