THE COURSE:

Experience on of the Midwest's most scenic triathlon courses. Featuring bluff country cycling, a
lat, fast run around beautiful Lake Winona and a finish celebration at Winona's historic Band Shell.

.93 mile swim | 23.85 mile bike | 6.2 mile run

Sprint Course:
.25 mile swim | 11 mile bike | 3.1 mile run

Duathlon:
3.1 mile run | 11 mile bike | 3.1 mile run

3 and 5 pm - Athlete Course Talk at the Bandshell

5:00 am - TRANSITION OPENS
6:45 am - FIRST INTERNATIONAL WAVE STARTS
7:30 am - MASS START FOR DUATHLON
8:00 am - FIRST SPRINT WAVE STARTS
10:30 am - POST-RACE MEAL & AWARDS
