The Warrior 196 Memorial 5K is a family-oriented run, ruck (hike) and walk event that honors and pays forward the collective legacy of five local young men who lost their lives while serving in the US Armed Forces. Proceeds from the event fund $25,000 in annual scholarships to graduating high school seniors.

ROUTE
The race course starts on the campus of Apple Valley High School, and runs through the surrounding residential neighborhood on walking/bike paths. The event starts at 9:00 AM.

EVENT SCHEDULE
Race day registration and bib/chip check-in will start at 8:00 AM. The race will begin at 9:00 AM, with overall champion and age group champion awards announced immediately after the race.

Overall Male/Female champion; Age group champions (no double dipping). Age groups (M & F): Under 18 | 19-29 | 30-39 | 40-49 | 50-59 | 60 and over
