Bike MS: Twin Cities Ride 2024

Bike MS is one of the largest fundraising cycling series in the world. With dedicated riders like you, we are working to end multiple sclerosis forever, one pedal stroke at a time. Feel the extraordinary support and excitement throughout your journey as we come together to reach our goal—a world free of MS.

Get ready to see what the St. Paul and Minneapolis areas have in store for you. Ride through and around the Twin Cities where you’ll enjoy scenic views and the opportunity to cycle alongside the Mississippi River. Route options range between 15-, 30-, and 45-miles for this extraordinary one-day ride.

3:30 pm - Route Closes


ROUTES:
Three different route options will be available – approximately 15, 30, and 45 miles. Participants can choose their route on event day – there's no need to decide ahead of time!
