The From the Heart Run/Walk started 15 years ago to help support local families affected by cancer. This year, "From the Heart & Soul" family 5K fun run/walk will support 3 families affected by cancer.

Kids Fun Run - $5

SCHEDULE:
7:00 am - Race Day Registration Opens at Lake Kohlmeier, Owatonna, MN
8:00 am - Kids Fun Run Starts
8:30 am - 5K Starts
9:45 am - Awards Ceremony

PRE-PACKET PICK UP:
Avoid the lines on race day and pick up your race bib and swag at the pre-packet pick up.
*You can also pick up for your family and friends that are not able to attend.
