Miles for Meals 5K

Join us at the 2024 Miles for Meals 5K benefiting Loaves & Fishes! Run or walk a fast and flat 5K course at Basset Creek Park. This is a chipped race and prizes will be awarded to the top finishers.

Loaves & Fishes is a nonprofit organization serving free, healthy meals where the need is greatest. We serve urban, suburban and rural communities through a variety of meal programs supported by creative food sourcing and food rescue efforts.

Miles for Meals 5K is a part of Crystal Frolics 2024. Crystal Frolics is a four-day family-focused celebration of community. Come and enjoy food, fireworks, live entertainment, pickleball tournaments, and so much more.

Before the Miles for Meals 5K, there will be a 100 yard Fun Run for kids

Virtual 5K - $40
Do you want to participate but you live somewhere else? You can! Run or walk 5K anytime from July 22 to July 28, 2024. Register for the 5K and we will mail you your Miles for Meals t-shirt.

SCHEDULE:
8:30 am: Fun Run (100 yards)
9 am: Miles for Meals 5K start
