The Hopkins Raspberry Run was founded in 1964 by the Twin Cities Track Club founder Patrick Lanin. Today, the 5-mile follows the same traditional route around Shady Oak Lake before finishing on Main Street prior to the Hopkins Raspberry Festival parade. The Main Street Mile was introduced in 2010 and features a flat, fast course straight down Main Street with a shared finish for the 5-mile.

AWARDS:
We’re excited to be back on the USATF MN team circuit for the 2024 season! This year there will be a separate wave for those racing on the USATF MN team circuit. We’re proud to be able to contribute a quality USATF certified mile for participants and help support local running clubs. Prize money for the USATF MN 1 mile:

1st male and female finisher: $80

2nd male and female finisher: $50

3rd male and female finisher: $40

The winning men’s and women’s USATF MN club will each receive $150

Checks will be mailed out within three weeks of race day.
